JIBUMI – Return & Exchange Policy
To ensure a smooth and seamless ordering experience at Jibumi, we have outlined a clear and transparent return policy.
Jibumi operates on limited production runs, with each piece produced in small batches to maintain quality, craftsmanship, and exclusivity.
Due to this production model, returns are not accepted unless an incorrect item is delivered.
We strongly encourage customers to review size charts, product descriptions, and product details carefully before placing an order. Our team is always happy to assist with sizing queries prior to purchase.
Unused Product Returns

Return Period: Returns are accepted only within 7 days of receiving your order.

Condition: The product must be unused, untampered, and returned with all original tags, seals, boxes, and packaging intact. Opened or used boxes will not be accepted.

Reverse Pickup Charges: Applicable and chargeable to the customer.

Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Timeline: Once the returned item passes our quality check, the refund will be processed within 10–12 working days, after deducting applicable shipping and reverse pickup charges.
Damaged Product / Missing Items / Incorrect Order

Reporting Window: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Required Proof: An unboxing video along with clear images of the outer packaging and product(s) is mandatory.

Resolution Process:

Investigation: Upon verification, we will arrange a reverse pickup where required.

Compensation: A replacement or full refund will be issued. Replacements are subject to product availability.

Limitations: No additional compensation, credits, or freebies will be provided. Liability is strictly limited to the value of the order/product.

Size Trials (Multiple Quantities of the Same Style)
If two or more units of the same product/style are ordered in different sizes for trial purposes, only one unit will be eligible for return and refund.

Discounted, Promotional & Coupon Code Orders

Orders placed using discount codes, promotional pricing, prepaid benefits, or sale offers are considered final sale.

These items may only be exchanged for size (subject to availability) or are otherwise non-returnable.
