JIBUMI – Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Jibumi, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our policy carefully to understand the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and cancellations are accepted.


General Terms

  • These terms apply only to purchases made directly from Jibumi via our website or official affiliates.

  • These terms do not apply to purchases made from third-party sellers or platforms.


Returns & Exchanges

  • Unboxing Video Requirement: You must record an unboxing video while opening the package and inspect the product in that video. For any exchange or return due to a damaged product, this unboxing video is mandatory.

  • Notification Period: You must notify us within 7 days from the date of delivery for any return or exchange request.

  • Return Shipping: Once approved, the return package must reach us within 7 days from the date of your request.

  • Reverse Pickup: We offer reverse pick-up service. This is subject to availability in your area pin-code.

    • Pickup will be attempted twice.

    • If unsuccessful, you must send the package to our company address at your cost.


Refunds

  • For returned items, store credit will be issued within 5 business days after receiving the returned product.

  • Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.

  • No partial withdrawals from store credit are allowed.

  • A forward shipping fee of Rs 150 will be deducted from the store credit amount.

  • If you wish to buy another item, you can use the store credit to place a new order.


Conditions for Return/Exchange

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Products without tags will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
    Without tag no product refund.

  • The product will not be replaced without tags. Replacement will only be possible if the correct product tags are attached.

  • Damaged or soiled products may not be accepted and will be returned to you.

  • Please contact our customer care immediately if a product is delivered without tags.

  • Any item once exchanged/returned cannot be exchanged/returned again.

  • Exchange is subject to product availability and confirmation from our team.

  • Custom-made orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

  • Bulk orders (more than 5 items) cannot be returned or refunded.

  • If you wish to exchange your product for a different item, store credit will be issued first, and the new item must be purchased separately.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement only.

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Additional Notes

  • We are not liable for any damages caused during transit from the customer to us.
