2. Shipping Timeframes
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary based on location:
  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other regions: 5–7 business days
Please note: Delivery may be delayed during holidays, sales, or unforeseen events.
3. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. A standard shipping fee may apply to COD orders, which will be reflected at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can track your package using the provided link.
5. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect information or unavailability, the courier will usually attempt redelivery. If undelivered, the order will be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or has missing items, please contact our support within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will assist you promptly.
